ACCESS, SPACE & POWER FOR PHOTO BOOTH: Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at event’s venue. Client is responsible for providing power for our services. We required a 110V, 3 prong outlet from a reliable power source within 20 feet (along a wall) of the setup area. Any delay in the performance to the photo booth equipment due to improper power is the responsibility of the client.
Our setup time is between 45-90 minutes (depending of booth style). Client shall provide safe and appropriate working conditions, this includes a 8’ x 8’ x 8’ area for set up. Please let the venue know you are having a Photo Booth Service.
OUTDOOR SERVICES: If you choose to place the photo/video booth outdoors it's important you have a "Plan B". We must be in a spot that is: Totally dry, must be on paved or grassy surface (no dirt!) Protected from extremes of wind, heat and cold and direct sunlight. Why must it be dry? We've got electrical equipment running at 110 volts. Our color printers won't operate if it's too hot. If you can't put us someplace that fits these specifications, we may not be able to operate. In the event that services end early due to inclement weather during an outdoor event client will not receive a refund in part or in full.
CHILDREN: Children love our photo booths and we love making everyone happy. In some cases, however, we may decide to enforce our “children policy" in an effort to maintain order in and around the photo booth. The “children policy states that they will not be permitted in the photo booth without an adult present. The adult does not need to be in the photo with the child/children, but they must be supervising.
PAYMENT: A non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $100 ($150 if 2 services) of the total balance is due upon signing this contract. The event is only reserved once the booking fee is received, the remaining balance is due no later than 15 days in advance of the clients event date. If the balance has not been collected by this due date, Skyline Photo Booth reserves the right to cancel the services. Any request for a date change must be in writing at least 30 days in advance from original event date, change of subject to photo booth availability. A fee of $75 will be assessed for any date change.
